A Bit About Me
I am a Rock Hill, SC native, born and raised, so I have always had a deep love for the Carolinas—from the Blue Ridge Mountains to our stunning beaches. As a wife and mom of two energetic boys, I understand just how important it is to find the perfect place to call home.
With an undergraduate degree from Winthrop University and a Master’s in Counseling from Southeastern Seminary, I bring a unique approach to real estate. My background in counseling allows me to truly listen and support my clients during their home-buying or selling journey. Plus, after over 15 years of providing top-notch customer service in the service industry, I have developed strong communication skills and a knack for negotiating and resolving issues that always keeps my clients’ best interests front and center.
Licensed in both S.C. and N.C., I am thrilled to be a part of Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate located in Rock Hill, S.C.. As a part of The Jennifer Phillips Olney Team, we bring over 20 years of combined experience to the table, including 8 years of my own real estate expertise.
